GodEye provides identity protection services including monitoring where your photos appear online, detecting unauthorized use of your images, and verifying suspicious contacts. By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only, primarily to protect your own digital identity
• Use the app to monitor your own photos and content, not to search for or surveil other individuals
• Not misuse the app in any way, including but not limited to unauthorized data scraping, hacking, or reverse engineering
• Only upload images you own or have rights to, respecting the privacy and rights of others
• Not use the service for stalking, harassment, surveillance, or any illegal activities

3. Age Restriction

The GodEye app is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use this app. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

By using the GodEye app, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines the collection, usage, and protection of your personal data. Key points include:

• We collect only the data necessary to help protect your digital identity
• Photos and related data are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 24 hours
• We use trusted third-party services to perform searches that help protect you
• We are committed to protecting your privacy and never sell your personal information
• All data processing is done solely for your protection, not for surveillance or tracking of others

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Quant-Applications Srl and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the app, including all related intellectual property rights. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use, and you are not granted any rights to use the app or its content for any commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. User Content

By uploading photos to the app, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights to upload the image and use our services
• The image does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights
• GodEye is not liable for any unauthorized use of the images or data uploaded by users

GodEye does not claim ownership of any images or data that you upload; however, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process and use the images for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

GodEye provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always function without disruptions, delays, or errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quant-Applications Srl disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

In no event will Quant-Applications Srl, its officers, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-Party Services

The GodEye app integrates with third-party services to perform image searches and identity verification. We do not control or take responsibility for the services or privacy practices of these third-party providers. By using GodEye, you agree to be bound by their terms and privacy policies as well.

9. Termination

Quant-Applications Srl reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any activity that we believe is harmful to our app, other users, or third parties.
